The girl looks to be young teenager in print fabric dress with a crocheted collor. She has a large ribbon securing her hair at the top back of the head. The girl looks rather like she wants to get up and move from the chair, this may be due to the considerable time it took to take a tintype photo. The Paper pouch has slight discoloration and wear but remains
