This end has the same taper as GM tie rods, but the tapered shaft is offset one inch from the center line of the 7 8" 18 shank. If you're in a situation where the tie rod is hitting on the differential cover, coil buckets, or other parts, this can be the easy way out. It will bump the center line of the tie rod out 1". These utilize the same metal on metal design as our other ends (read the
