Alkoomi Grazing Collection Shiraz 2021 Non Beer almond and herbal hops aromas['Grazing Collection' is the new name of Alkoomi's popular 'White Label' wines.] The 2021 Shiraz is co fermented with Viognier, and it matured in French oak (20% new). Shiraz really is one of the driving forces behind the success of Frankland River, and here, with this lick of Viognier, the tannins that define Shiraz in this region are both tamed and amplified. It offers violet, apricot blossom, white tea, red apple skins, black cherry (the winemaker
